Explanation Vocational Training and Education
Vocational basic training serves as the essential bridge between mandatory schooling and the professional workforce. This training equips learners with specific trade skills, with a duration of either three or four years. During the apprenticeship the collaboration between three learning sites is essential: The workplace at Roche for practical application, the vocational school for theory, and the vocational training location. This comprehensive structure ensures that graduates possess the certified expertise required to succeed in the labor market.
